Everyone loves their weekends free. And hey, I'm not going to judge how you choose to spend them.

Well in this role you'll have your evenings and weekends free. Sounds bliss, I know.

On top of that, you'll be in part of a business that genuinely values hygiene, and has it at the forefront of the business. Meaning your say is just as important as those lot on production and you can keep those listeria results low and audit scores high.

You'll also be coming in to work underneath (in my opinion) one of the best Hygiene Managers in the area. Someone who prides themselves on their man management and people development. Meaning you'll be learning every day, have the chance to go on those training courses, and be in a fantastic position to step up.

During large parts of your shift, you'll be the most senior person in Hygiene. Testing your ability, but also giving good practice for when you make that step up to Hygiene Manager. A likely move given that this business has a big push on internal development and progression.
