I am helping one of my Food Manufacturing clients source a Divisional Head of NPD for their operations in Cambridgeshire.

As a part of the Divisional Leadership Team you will report into the Commercial Director and have multi-site responsibility.

The Candidate:

• Commercially minded
• A good balance of innovation, creative flair and a process, scientific driven approach
• Ideally you should have worked at this level already within food production
