As part of a larger, well respected food group, this division are looking for an NPD Controller based at their leading site in East Anglia. You will be capable of working on multiple products for a variety of retailers, leading teams and have a strategic mind.

You must have a strong background in NPD, people leadership and dealing with retail customers. You will have a strategic mind with a 'think big' approach but equally value and still have a passion for getting hands on with the team when required.
