You will be working on NPD briefs for an exciting product range that is bang on trend. There's a real focus on health and nutrition and authenticity of products. You'll be working alongside a talented development chef team, forming the briefs and setting their direction based on your understanding of current trends and utilisation of all available consumer insight. It's a varied role where stakeholder management is key to its success. You'll manage your own workload as part of a supportive management based in central London. There will be some travel out to suppliers and stores.

Ideally, you will have worked in an NPD Project Management role within a food retailer or food business working with 3rd party suppliers. You'll be knowledgeable about global food trends and demonstrate a palpable passion for great quality innovative food.
