This role is working for a manufacturer which is dedicated to providing their customers with products specifically designed to meet their needs. They are a leading innovator within their product sector which has led to their ongoing success.

The job

The purpose of the NPD Assistant is to assist in the development of innovative and exciting food products from concept through to launch.

You will assist in the making up of food products for customers, assist with preparing and dispatching product samples to customers, liaising with customers both via telephone and email and complete all required record keeping and paperwork. The role will involve both desk and production floor working.

Your experience

We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual who is educated to a degree/HND level in a food discipline and/or possess food industry experience either from a university placement or full-time role. This role presents excellent opportunity to be involved in developing new recipes, therefore creativity and a strong interest in food and flavours is essential.

The NPD Assistant job is based in the Home Counties / East Midlands region and is paying £18,000 - £20,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
