Job Details

A fresh start? Customer Technical Account Manager.

If you're on your Technical game in food manufacturing and enjoy building strong, proactive customer relationships, this could be a perfect partnership.

You'll be working for one of the UK's leading produce manufacturers, managing the Technical account for two of the UK's top supermarket retailers. Super organised, you'll manage your own workload and be a natural people person who enjoys building relationships and giving great customer service.

Fully conversant with BRC standards and accreditation, you will be the Technical interface between Production, Quality and NPD in the factory. Detail is your forte - you'll pick up any product rejections or complaints, identifying the problem and liaising with suppliers and the customer to resolve them.

Ultimately, this role is about striving for Technical excellence, so if you have a great track record of understanding retailer technical needs and love building strong working partnerships, please send me your CV and see if this could be the start of a great relationship.
