Are you an Operations Manager who can engage and inspire whilst driving production forward if so, please read on....

If you are an Operations Manager who is responsible for leading the Production and Packaging departments in a food or FMCG organisation and you're looking to make a difference, read on.... We have a client based in the Yorkshire area who could be right for you, over the last few years they have seen significant investment leading to the expansion of the site with further planned developments in the near future.

They produce products for all the major retailers, and are part of a larger group that have a clear vision on development based around employee satisfaction and engagement.

As the Operations Manager you will be used to the challenges that can occur in a fast-paced dynamic environment, running a team of 200 which they are looking to increase by a quarter over the next 12 months, you will be someone with a balance between being hands-on in terms of coaching and developing your leadership team but also having that strategic vision to take production forward.

You will have built and been the leader of large production teams in the past and it's down to you to ensure collaboration is passed through the business from the shop floor to the senior leadership team, accountability being paramount with the management team.
