Demand Planning Executive

Our client have been creating Britain’s best loved brands for many years and are now looking to add a Demand Planning Executive into their team. A manufacturer and distributor of own label and branded foods for over a 100 years’ you will be joining one of the country’s best loved businesses.

Job Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Executive working with their main major clients supporting the Supply Manager to become one of the faces of the Premier Foods supply chain creating yourself as a trusted advisor. Managing your customers’ portfolio, the ideal candidate will obtain and analyse data to build forecasts, driving year-on-year KPI results.

Responsibilities

• Build strong collaborative relationships throughout to support the customer supply chain stakeholders
• Forecasting is pivotal, managing accurate results at 12 week, 8 week, 4 week and 2 week intervals
• Exceed KPI set targets for inbound service, on-shelf availability and waste reduction
• Reporting on processes and policies to shape the future demands at both customer and SKU level
• You will have one direct line report, so strong management skills will be required
• Carry out continuous improvements within the supply chain for the customer
• You will become the voice of the customer supply chain and play a key role in the sales agenda
• Planning and coordination of seasonal programmes ensuring all targets are met
• Update system requirements to enhance the complex requirements of your account channel
