Jack Brand Ltd is an owner-managed slaughterhouse with 100 staff, based near Ipswich. With the strong values of a family-run firm, but the independence to be flexible, our philosophy is just “good old-fashioned quality” produced for the Halal and wholesale markets.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who can do it all! Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for co-ordinating production, hygiene, welfare, HR, safety and engineering, in a multi-cultural environment.
With an emphasis on early, the shift is job-and-finish and the hours will be long. You will need presence of mind, organisational skills and diplomacy.
