Business is flourishing: our market-leading range of ambient food products are flying off the shelves both in the UK and in Europe. To keep pace with the demand, we’ve made big investments in our Swansea site. And that’s where you come in.

Continued investment and growth

You’ll report directly to the General Manager and lead a four-strong team of Shift Managers who drive production round the clock. You’re arguably the most important person on site – and, if things go awry outside the 9-5, the most important person off site too. The buck stops with you. And when it does, you’ll figure out how to get it started again. If you’re the kind of person who loves leading from the front, motivating your team and used to working in a fast paced own label food environment, you’ll be in your element here.

Your experience

This role would definitely make a great move forward for someone who’s worked in an operations management role leading in excess of 200+ people with an own label food manufacturing company. You’ll be a strong character and have a proven track record of making change happen.
