Job Details
This food manufacturing site is looking for someone with previous supervisory or management experience in a food factory to take on the role of Production Supervisor on the night shift. This is a high risk food factory where you will be responsible for leading you team to achieve production targets in a safe working environment. This role would be a great stepping stone to a Production Manager position and allow you to demonstrate your ability to make improvements and enhance team performance.
Working in collaboration with senior management you will ensure your team has the relevant training to help develop their potential and work well with other departments.
For this role we are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Supervisor role in Food/FMCG manufacturing site
- Level 2 in Food Safety Manufacturing
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Decision making and problem solving ability.
This role will work on a 4 on 4 off basis working night shifts of 6:00pm - 6:00am
