Senior Engineer

We’re currently working with one of the country’s leading names in pharmaceuticals in searching for a Senior Engineer.

This new role is based in the state of the art production facility and will involve leading a small team to ensure that the plant and machinery keep going.

You’ll be responsible for minimising down time by conducting routine maintenance, being at the forefront of breakdown response and making sure the planned maintenance runs smoothly.

You’ll be working to identify failings and putting plans in plans in place to eliminate them recurring.

You’ll be delivering maintenance priorities and ensuring they’re logged and reported and carrying out essential repairs to plant, equipment and facilities during production.

The main aim will be the smooth running of the department and the facility.

You’ll need to communicate, understand and support the daily and long term demands of the Production, Process and warehousing system so it’s vital that a strong and healthy working relationship is built and maintained

Due to this being a new role there may be some alternate day/night shifts but you’ll have the chance to mould the role and make it your own.
