Job Details
You will be working within an Engineering team that is being brought in ready for an incredibly exciting time in this business. There is a lot for you to take in with new manufacturing equipment being brought in and training from the manufacturer to bring you straight up to speed. If you are looking for the most exciting opportunity in Hertfordshire you've just found it.
You have to be a driven person to thrive in this role. They are looking to quadruple the amount they manufacture by mid 2020, investing millions into new production machinery and aiming to make this a flagship site.
With it being a nights position you will be the go to guy should the shift production manager not be around so an advantage would be leadership skills. Bearing that in mind you will be visible in this positon which means that progression is inevitable, if you put the work in.
