Reporting to the Site General Manager the Site Manufacturing Manager will be overseeing everything from the raw material through its life cycle, managing a diverse  operations department. You will be responsible for devising, developing and implementing ways of working that improve our production efficiency and capability.

You will be walking the walk for all things continuous improvements and lean manufacturing which are the foundation for identifying opportunities and implementing changes; making sure our colleagues and the site are working as smart as possible.

There's lots of cross functional working required in this role so someone who is able to collaborate and build strong working relationships to increase co-operations and enhance productivity in this fast paced environment.

This role comes with a seat on Senior Management Team at the site. Our Senior Management team meet regularly to harness efficiencies in the business through a KPI driven process. To do this effectively we need somebody who loves data! Not only loves it but truly understands it and can drive performance from it, taking ownership and leading the team to operational success.

It's a big factory, with a big team, so we need a big leader! There's colleagues working across shifts that you'll have to manage but as mentioned earlier we put People at the Core of what we do so engagement and development needs to be genuine passion. You will have experience of taking teams through business change and enhancing the potential of others.
