Finnebrogue is a craft food manufacturer located on an ancient woodland estate in stunning Co. Down. We farm and process our own deer and have created a venison brand praised by top chefs across the UK. We have also pioneered the production of preservative-free pork sausages allowing us to focus on high volume craft manufacture of organic, free range and outdoor bred pork sausages.

We believe business is all about relationships, whether it be own label or our own brands. At the heart of our vision is our approach to PEOPLE, INNOVATION and EXCELLENCE (or PIE for short).

People
We pride ourselves on having a team of brilliant people, dedicated to the success and progression of the business. We make sure everyone is challenged, motivated and treated in the best possible way. We know this the reason great people join us and stay with us.

Innovation
Innovation has always been the back bone to how we work. From the early days when we developed an iconic process to produce ‘Oisin’ venison to more recently with our outstanding organic pork sausages.

Excellence
We always strive to produce delicious food of the highest quality – our M&S Organic Pork Chipolata Sausages were recently awarded the prestigious Best Sausage Award at the 2008 SuperMeat & Fish Awards

We’re growing and evolving, planning to double our £4m turnover in the next 6 months. The near future promises exciting new brands, innovative products, state of the art factory processes and interesting new customers.
