Our Managing Director David Wood started the business in June 2008 with the acquisition of the former Medway Foods (and Canterbury Foods) Savoury Pastry production site at Sheerness which was closely followed by the purchase of the former Butcher & Baker site, Dudley in August and Peter Hunts Bakery, Bolton in October. David, his wife Karen and the management team have significant experience in food manufacturing especially in the areas of Savoury & Sweet Pastry, Speciality Breads , and Viennoiserie. Using this experience we are fast developing into a class leading and trusted supplier of quality Frozen products. Our key philosophy is to provide customers with a quality product , when they want it at a competitive and fair price allowing our key relationships to prosper as a result. We are well equipped to undertake specific customer briefs especially where a point of difference matters most.
