The Process Manager position is a pivotal site role, where you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the sites thermal processes to ensure product safety and continuous improvements in product quality and efficiency. Responsible for leading a team of experienced Process Technologists you will be responsible for the determination of new, and validation of existing, processes for over three hundred products. You will work closely with site technical and operations teams to ensure that food safety, quality and operational issues are resolved.

Strong communication skills and an ability to work on your own initiative are key to this role, as is the ability to manage and lead performing teams. Previous close working with Retail customers would be beneficial. The successful candidate is likely to possess a Food Technology or Food Science degree and have HACCP and other Food Safety qualifications. Prior experience of canning and/or thermal processing of ambient stable food products would be desirable, but is not essential as full training will be provided.
