Managing the site Technical agenda at the Leigh manufacturing site, you will have complete ownership for the delivery of safe and consistently high quality products to market to guarantee AB World Food brands remain a sector leader. This will involve managing and delivering product food safety, quality and legality to ensure internal and customer standards are adhered to. To do this, you will champion site TQM, GHP, GMP, HACCP, traceability, allergens risk management, and food safety risk reduction programs. Aside from managing and developing the UK technical strategy, you will engage with senior stakeholders throughout the business communicating at times complex information, delivering change when needed through project management delivery. 

 This is a senior high profile technical position within a truly progressive food group. The successful candidate will be a high-calibre professional with the capability to work within a dynamic and innovative food category. You should be confident in delivering a forward thinking technical strategy allowing AB World Foods to further develop their brands both within the UK and internationally. An ability to lead and empower individuals within high performing teams is essential as is the capability to communicate and work cross-functionally across different departments both internally and externally.
