Who we are looking for

You’re a curious and driven commercial innovator who gets excited about ‘the new’ but remains level-headed at all times. This is because you know what’s going on in the drinks industry. You’ve an entrepreneurial spirit, a heart for people and a head for business, passionate about making a difference, adding value and seeking out new ways of thinking brighter and working smarter. You’ll confidently shimmy in and around showcasing new ideas and innovations to the business and its markets whilst connecting with people at all levels, inspiring and influencing as you cultivate meaningful relationships in, out and across the wider business. You’ve deep innovation and broad based commercial experience with a track record of driving profitability and market share and are currently in a role of a similar flavour (preferably in beverage retail FMCG) and are looking for an opportunity to join and enhance a winning team and expanding brand.

A bit about the role

Working with the Head of Beverage Innovation to develop and deliver the global beverages strategy.  You’ll personally strive to consistently improve and maximise our customer’s experiences using insight to understand what they think of our non coffee beverages. As a diplomatic and generous collaborator who’s able to join the dots at speed, you’ll work with the innovation team to optimise our range and deliver a long-term pricing strategy that considers how to better meet our customer’s needs and builds towards a successful growth model. You’ll preach perfection and practice progress as you breakdown cross-functional barriers to delivery of other beverage innovation ambitions at speed whilst utilising competitively advantaged product solutions and equipment that will optimise delivery in store.
