Packaging Development Manager

Drive and deliver key technical innovations and improvement projects within packaging across the product portfolio, managing a small team located across Europe
Be a part of a high performing product and packaging development team which consistently delivers innovation which exceeds the expectations of consumers, and aligns with business objectives
Lead, participate in and contribute to NPD/technical related European projects
To succeed in this challenging, people focussed business, you will have:
Strong project/innovations background and degree level (or equivalent) qualifications, and ideally a member of the Institute of Packaging
Track record of leading projects within an innovations/packaging or project role within a fast paced, Food/FMCG manufacturing environment. Knowledge of working cross functionally with marketing, operations and regional teams is highly beneficial.
Very strong project management skills and the ability to lead and inspire others
Ambitious and keen to progress into more senior roles within the business
The ability to manage key relationships and stakeholders, both internal and external, whilst keeping a clear focus on the end consumer.
A high level of commercial awareness and the ability to deliver against KPI’s.
