Business Development Manager - 3rd Party Logistics
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience looking to further your career? I am working with a FMCG Specialist 3PL business who are seeking a BDM for their NW office.
The key duties of the role will be:
Generating new business through business development activity; telesales, marketing, client visits
Completing sales tenders and bids
Networking to build contacts
Developing lasting relationships for repeat business
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A proven track record in delivering results within a business development capacity
Sales experience in at least one of the listed sectors; 3rd party logistics, warehousing, transport, contract packing
The candidate needs to have strong sales and communication skills be IT literate and a strong team player
Experience of formulating relationships at all levels of seniority and a natural ability to develop these relationships
Hunger and passion to join a growing company
Flexibility to travel to customers UK Wide
This role is based in the North West of England with travel to customers.
Package £35-55k + car + bonus + benefits
