To undertake and manage all necessary activities and processes including maintaining BRC Food Safety for our production site and BRC Agents and Brokers standards.
To manage and control the following quality and food safety related activities:
Documented Quality Management System.
Approval of service providers.
Glass and foreign body audits.
New product development.
Company testing requirements.
Customer focus and communication.
Management vulnerability and risk assessments.
To continue to achieve, and monitor compliance, Kosher, Halal, Soil Association and RSPO accreditation.
Manage and support the work of the technical manager, and external consultants/auditors.
