Key Accountabilities

  • Use internal systems to provide ad-hoc reports in support of commercial plans and business driven decisions.
  • Support management team in organising and the briefing of key information to the relevant departments.
  • Prepare and process orders
  • Liaise with sales team and process invoices
  • Manage customer complaints and queries
  • Provide general administrative support to the business

Personal Profile

  • Team player
  • Excellent communicator
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Computer literate (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of customer expectations and a desire to develop trusting relationships with customers.

Working Hours: Full time, Monday- Friday
