This exciting opportunity is offering the chance to join an industry leading food/drinks manufacturing business supplying retailers and food service companies with a range of delicious products.

Key Accountabilities

This is an exciting role that assists with the operation of a leading food/drinks manufacturer. You will be required to work a 3 week rotating shift pattern with the key objective of ensuring that the production process performs at optimum efficiency through the proper allocation of skills and resources during shift periods.

You will be responsible for increasing production efficiencies, reducing wastage costs, and improving quality through promoting a continuous improvement culture. You will be required to proactively lead and train your team, whilst focusing on the achievement for production based KPI’s.

The successful candidates will come from a high risk environment with a clear understanding of quality standards, production plans and labour utilisation in a temperature controlled environment. Team Leader with the right attitude will also be considered.

Personal Profile

  • Passion for food combined with shift management experience
  • Ideally food/FMCG background with production supervisory capacity
  • Food Hygiene qualification
  • Good communicator and able to learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
