Speedibake Wakefield site are looking to recruit an experienced Hygiene Charge Hand or a successful hygiene operative looking for that next step. This role will be responsible for leading a small team of hygiene operatives to ensure that the site achieves high standards of cleanliness at all times.

Lead by example; support the development of a pro-active H&S environment. Ensure compliance to site H&S systems and procedures. Lead the team to actively improve behaviors and drive a safer working environment. Implement and support Safety 1st initiatives. Being aware of conditions that affect employee safety.
