We have an exciting opportunity for a HR graduate to join our team based in Spalding. This opportunity will be to develop a working environment that is free from intimidation, harassment and bullying. You will promote a culture of dignity and respect amongst staff and have an understanding of the requirements for food safety, quality and legality.

This exciting new role requires you to work closely with the HR Officer in order to keep the HR department legal and compliant, this will include the upkeep of staff records, liaison with the payroll department to ensure staff are paid accurately and other HR tasks. You will work with the Training Coordinator and assist in carrying out the company induction programme for all new staff.

You will be also assist with the  implementation of site and group HR strategic deployment plans and work with the HR team to ensure the department is meeting department KPI’s. You will assist with disciplinary and grievance meetings and the recruitment of staff.

The successful candidate for this role will hold a CIPD part / full qualification or be working towards their CIPD qualification. We are looking for a “self-motivator” who has a real “hands on” approach. You will work well as part of a team and have the ability to learn and be trained in required skills. We are looking for a flexible approach and someone to adapt to new working practices and join a great team at Spalding.
