This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-known international food business which employs over 40,000 people throughout the UK.
The Customer Excellence Manager is responsible for managing the company’s relationship with its customers and ensuring that the business provides excellent customer service.
The role will be responsible for overseeing the day to day customer satisfaction and recovery programs as well as identifying and executing strategic projects to step-change customer experience through the end-to-end journey.
Day to day management of the department resides with 3-4 direct reports who are responsible to track and report current satisfaction, derive insights and support you in the execution.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key talent development role within the business and offers the potential for future opportunities within other markets within a 2-3 year timeframe.
You will have a positive outlook, strong collaborative skills, a customer-focussed approach and sound business knowledge. You will possess solid operational experience of implementing customer relationship / experience strategy and changes within retailer, restaurant or closely related sector. You will also ideally be educated to a degree level.
The Customer Excellence Manager job is based in the Home Counties / South East region and is paying £65,000 - £90,000 according to individual skills and previous experience.
