The Tulip Ltd business is in a period of exciting change and we are determined to restore Tulip’s position as the pre-eminent of pork and pork based food in the UK and to achieve that, we need to return a position where we re-empower our sites and provide them with all the support to deliver consistently and with excellence. The formation of the new Process Optimisation team within Tulip Food Company (UK) will focus on improving operational efficiencies instilling a high performing culture across the Tulip Food Company (UK) sites. We are looking to appoint 3 Process Improvement Leads with a plan to begin the programme in October 2017. The roles will be regionalised, however, successful candidates will need to be flexible with the expectation to be away from home during the working week. Relocating would not be necessary as there would be extensive travel and stop overs during the week.

Reporting into the Continuous Improvement Director, there will be extensive travel across sites to identify, manage and be accountable for improvement projects that will deliver a demonstrable financial improvement to the P&L
What We Are Looking For

You will have already experienced or led change in a manufacturing environment by implementing continuous improvement techniques. You will need to be numerically strong for this position as well as having good written and presenting skills.
