- Lead the Engineering Maintenance Team
- Planned and Preventive Maintenance Plans
- Health, Safety and Continuous Improvement
As a Maintenance Manager, you'll lead and develop a highly performing team of engineering in line with the company's strategic plan and corporate values, whilst maintaining a zero-harm culture.
You will take a lead on Health, Safety and Continuous Improvement, ensuring these are embedded within the engineering team and wider site. On daily basis, your role will include people management, creating planned and preventive maintenance plans, working on capital projects, and will be very CI focused.
You'll manage overall allocation of maintenance resources, and ensure Senior Site Engineer organises daily compliance and other routines. You will develop and track engineering maintenance KPIs and issue action plans to attain targets.

To be successful, you will have Engineering or Maintenance Management experience background. Previous exposure to FMCG / Manufacturing environment is essential, and you will enjoy leading and developing teams. To be outstanding in this role, you will need strong people management skills, and be a real team player.
In this role, you'll need strong understanding of H&S legislations, you must have been apprentice trained engineer or HND or Degree qualified as the site is strong on making sure the environment is the safest it can be. You will have a high understanding of KPI management such as cost, service, people and quality, you will also have experience in PPMs and experience in carrying out risk assessments.
Previous experience of managing budgets, lean manufacturing and CI techniques is essential. Finally, you will have excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
