A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the nightshift team here at Greencore-Atherstone as a factory administrator.

The role will include providing a range of clerical support and data processing service to support the nightshift managers.

The role will include working any 5 days out of 7 days. Nightshift hours are from 20:30-05:00.

Main responsibilities

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling information from a number of sources to provide information for the team
  • Inputting information in standard systems/formats to enable data capture
  • To create reports and information that will aid to functional decision making
  • Completing one off/ad hoc tasks as needed by the team

 

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy and literacy skills.This will also include basic IT skills and being able to use excel to produce graphs and report.

The Atherstone site sits within the Food To Go and produces Sandwiches and wraps for leading retailers. The site employs 600+ people and has been an established part of the local community for a number of years.
