Dough Maker required for this established Bakery business in West London - this is physical work with need for constant lifting up in a busy Bakery Manufacturing environment.
The location is Greenford, just off A40 - so easy to get there by Road and also Train with less than a miles walk to the offices.
Rotating shifts - Earlies one week 6am to 2pm and Lates the next - this is a Monday to Friday role with some overtime opportunities at the weekends.
The Dough Maker will work within the Frozen Dough team, mixing the various pizza doughs (long ferments and straight doughs) to set recipes and right pace.
Bakery experience is essential, with food hygiene and GMP awareness
This is physical work, so candidate must be able to lift up to 16kg repeatedly.
