For service and maintenance of

High-end slaughtering equipment

For our customer base in the UK and Ireland, we are looking for a skilled and ambitious person with experience in carrying out a wide range of service tasks.

The role will involve coordination with our European After Sales Team based in Holland and Denmark.

Fields of responsibility
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks covering the commercial and administrative aspects of the After Sales in the UK.

Key duties will include:

Coordination, planning and execution of service and repair

Sales of Service concepts/solutions

Preparation of cost estimates for service inspections

Follow-up and invoicing of service and repair tasks

Managing of customer casesTechnical advice and support to customers

Reporting in ERP, CRM and QA systems

You will render high-level services to our customers in connection with planned maintenance and ad-hoc service

You will participate in the installation of new plants and follow up on QA matters.

You will represent our company in the UK as the main point of contact to our customers, ensuring and building good relationships with them.

You know the meaning of good service, can understand customer’s needs and are an excellent communicator.

You are proficient in handling multiple requests at a time and can work independently and in a structured way.

You are responsive to change and have a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

You are independent, systematic and structured.

You are outgoing and very service-minded with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.

You take pride in involving the customers to adjust expectations in relation to the service tasks, and you will not leave a job until it is done to a high standard.

You will be enterprising with an insight to effectively focus your efforts in the right areas.

You are used to working under pressure and can work both independently and as part of a team.


You will have a strong technical background e.g. as an automatic control and systems engineer or an electrician, preferably educated in an engineering discipline.

It will be an advantage if you have proven experience in direct sales of technical service solutions.

Experience in a similar position that you can bring to the role will be desirable.

£35,000 – £40,000 per annum

Note - This job involves extensive travel which will occasionally be over the weekends and nights, as we usually make service and repair when the machines are shut down.
