Shift Manager Position in London
Salary: circa £35k plus benefits
I am currently looking for a Shift Manager who has experience in Food Manufacturing. The role will be working at one of their sites based in London.

You'll be working at the company's site in London, and as a Shift Manager you will be committed to supplying outstanding quality, value and service. The purpose of the role will be to ensure safe, effective and efficient management of the production shift and people, meeting the requirements of the production plan whilst maintaining health and safety, quality and food safety standards.
You'll be involved in leading and managing continuous improvement, as well as ensuring that H&S compliance, delivering on KPI's (production, efficiency customers complaints, people management, risk). Finally, you'll be maintaining customer service targets and development initiatives in your area to deliver budgeted improvements.

Knowledge and production management experience within FMCG or Food Manufacturing is essential. You must be a great leader and have excellent communication skills.
