Recruitment Resourcer - Food & Drink - £18K basic OTE £25k - £35k in first year

We want to see applicants who have get up & go, energy, and want to make things happen. You will be running your own desk, once you have completed full training in the Zest Degree, and you'll need to be motivated through the ups and downs. It's no secret that recruitment can be a rollercoaster, so a resilient character will be essential!

Zest provide all trainees with a full bespoke three month training programme, no stone is left unturned so that you are given the best possible start to your career - and to set you up for success! We have the technology, guidance and support to help you every step of the way. Personal development through DVDs, books and groups plays a big part, as well as coaching & mentoring from those consultants who have been through it all already.

No two days are the same, you'll be becoming a leader in your market with outstanding knowledge of the food industry and specifically your sector. Meeting clients, business development and candidate generation are all part of the course, as well as using social media, becoming a guru of the database and having a fantastic phone manner. You'll be building long lasting relationships and gaining an in depth understanding of your clients and candidates. This isn't about throwing CVs at a wall and hoping one will stick.
