We have an exciting opportunity within the business for an HR professional who is looking to take the next step in their career.
OUR CLIENT is a successful food manufacturer who supply a number of the major retailers.
THE HR ADMINISTRATOR will involve:
·Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be working to provide a professional HR and Training service to the organisation.
·Maintaining the HR board with the HR/Training administrators
·Assisting the Training team with training administration when required
·Provide Admin support, by the way of recruitment letters, disciplinary letters, probationary period letters etc.
·Running weekly/monthly time and attendance payroll process
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE will ideally have:
·Experience in a similar HR/Admin role
·Achieved or working towards CIPD foundation Level 3 or above.
·Experience with payroll and ER (D&G, investigations, minutes)
