At an exciting and successful time of growth, a thriving food manufacturing business is looking for a motivated multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their dedicated team. They are a well-established business with a superb reputation amongst their customers who have maintained their family-owned ethos and values whilst becoming a fast growth company.   

If you are a highly experienced, knowledgeable and qualified Engineer with a proven track record within a manufacturing environment, I want to speak to you!  

 You will be responsible maintaining the operational performance of all site machinery and plant whilst ensuring a safe working environment. You will meet business KPI's by reducing downtime and rejects and maximising product efficiency and quality. 

 You will provide effective maintenance of plant and machinery including the installation and commissioning of new equipment, set up, fault finding and repairs to all production machinery, support services and auxiliary plant as well as following PPM routines.  

 As an Engineer you will have outstanding knowledge of planned maintenance routines, fault finding methodologies and able to work under your own initiative. It is essential you are multi-skilled and will ideally come from a food background.   

 In return the role offers a fantastic package of c. £48K pa plus bonus and pension - on the night shift of 10pm to 6am.
