This position warrants a multi-talented individual just like you... having worked the long, largely rewarding yet underpaid chef hours in demanding kitchens, you've enjoyed time out of the cauldron. Now your career has you working within a commercial function in sales or account management. This position is going to bring you face to face with the major players in hotels, contract catering and other volume catering businesses throughout the UK. Hopefully you're not scared of flying - both physically and metaphorically, as you'll board planes to attend external customer and internal stakeholder briefings on the continent to further add to your opportunities and spread your wings.
