As the Customer Service Executive, you will be working with:
Trade Customers - Receiving, processing and tracking orders, creating sales invoices and purchase orders for both customers and suppliers.
Maintaining and building customer contacts and relationships.
Customer Service - Communicating and responding with customers through the email portal in a polite and timely manner and keeping the portal organized.
Exports - Covering export orders, working with logistics partners and building relationships with key stakeholders and managing courier account for samples and consignment tracking.
You will feel comfortable talking to all customers from the smallest UK retailer, to private consumers globally, to the biggest distributor in the world (in the US)!
