Our client is one of the market leaders within the FMCG industry and they are now looking for an ambitious Farm Manager to join them. It will be fast moving, challenging and very rewarding.

Reporting in to the Managing Director, you will need to ensure all of the growing and harvesting function is running efficiently in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will need to manage and lead your team effectively to increase performance and communicate any relevant information correctly across to the rest of the team.

The company are looking for a Manager who is innovative and will look to introduce to introduce new technology to improve efficiencies and lower production costs. You will also have an involvement in the development of crop selecting varieties and health and safety procedures must be managed.

Ideal Candidate
*3 years' experience in crop management
*Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with your team
*High standards of crop husbandry
*Able to work under pressure
*Strong IT skills
