Are you a creative and commercial marketer looking to join the next big start-up? They are looking to hire a well-rounded marketer into their close-knit team and join them on their journey as one of the UK’s fastest growing food brands.

As the first marketer in the team, you will be responsible for developing the brand strategy with key objectives to increase sales across their current distribution, increase brand recognition and assist in the development and launch of exciting NPD.

You will manage the marketing budget, all trade marketing initiatives from conception to launch (including POS, promotions, sampling etc), insight analysis/ROI measurement, and grow customer awareness with creative online and offline marketing initiatives. You will also have project management over a number of annual large scale brand campaigns.

The successful candidate will have a clear passion and knowledge of FMCG marketing. You will likely be at a junior trade/brand marketing level looking for your next step. You will be experienced in trade marketing such as POS and promotional strategies, as well as previous exposure to developing and implementing brand strategy plans, NPD and budget management. As well as a creative mind, you will also be commercially aware and confident in a fast-paced, challenging start-up environment.
