About the Role…
Reporting to the Frozen food manufacturing plant group manager the bakery plant production manager is responsible for applying technical mastering that induces cost savings, process & recipe optimization to achieve the target product specifications and cope with the new market trends/ industries in the pastry and bakery products which will induce sales and empower the company portfolio and enhance the utilization of the current manufacturing lines in an efficient and competitive ways. Also helping the R&D teams into developing new products in pastries and Bakeries according to the market needs, and you will manage the activities & operations of the plant production and technical support.
You will co-ordinate with the maintenance and technical departments for new/ modified equipment’s/ machinery commissioning upon trials and product performance compliance.
Responsible for monitoring the application of all policies, processes and procedures related to Sunbulah’s manufacturing and quality. Also the execution and technical support of marketing / Sales plans in the field of manufacturing pastries and bakeries products.
You will be a Professional Master Baker with an academic degree in Bakery, Food Technology, or other relevant field OR Scientific degree, such as engineering, chemistry, nutrition, or microbiology are highly valued.
Ideally a minimum 10 years of experience in the field of industrial baking (fresh and frozen fully baked and frozen-part-baked products).
Excellent knowledge of regional and Global bakery and culinary trends and experience in the production planning, machine sourcing, and baking equipment’s and international market trends.
