An opportunity has arisen for an expert in the facilitation of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement to join one of the largest food manufacturing companies in their respective field. With a fresh scope in their operational procedures, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with backing and strong financial support to implement change all the way from shop floor to project level.

Having worked your way through the ranks, you will ideally have solid hands on experience and understanding in operational management across all levels in a fast paced food manufacturing environment. You will have experience in successful Yong implementing continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques with tangible results in which you can thoroughly explain and give evidence to.

A key element that will determine your success in this fantastic opportunity is your ability to effectively communicate with production workers across all departments, to explain and help them understand the reasoning and benefit behind your change management.
