High profile Factory Manager position to be part of the team leading change improvement.

This is a high profile Factory Manager position within a company that is truly focused on change and investment. As Factory Manager you'll initially be tasked with improving OEE within a complex food manufacturing process. However, balance is key here and the factory needs a leader, someone to inspire and reignite the passion to work together and make things happen. You'll be leading the change in culture, introducing new processes and standards whilst consistently striving for improvement.

This will be a challenging but fulfilling position where recognition for your hard work, commitment and achievement will be given. Ideally candidates will have:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • High level of experience managing large teams within a processing environment - ideally FMCG, Food or pharmaceutical
  • Experience of change management
  • Experience of building and sustaining engagement
