Our client is a well-established food manufacturer within the Devon area who are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to expand their team.
Main responsibilities will include:-
·Organisational Development & Change Management
·Resourcing - manage the manpower plan requirements during organisational change
·Employee Relations - disciplinaries, grievances, sickness
·Health & Safety
The successful candidate must;
·Be up to date with employment law knowledge and have recent experience in change management
·Have a solid back ground in HR Management working in a high volume, fast paced environment is essential with experience working in a food environment highly desired
·Hands on Change Management experience
·CIPD qualified or equivalent
·Health and Safety qualification
