Interim HR Manager, North West England
Interim HR Manager for a long-term contract - North West Location - Food or FMCG Manufacturing - 12 months.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking for a long-term contract in the North West.
This is an ideal opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. All fast-paced manufacturing environments require quick thinking and reactive HR teams and this one is no different. Due to a change in structure and business focus they need additional resource. You may be at HR Manager level already or someone who is later in their career and comfortable to work at the HRM level at this stage in your working life.
Whilst it is essential that you have worked in food or FMCG manufacturing to fully appreciate the ever-changing priorities and demands that are part and parcel in an organisation like this, we are looking at your people management and leadership skills. We need a strong team builder, someone who can work with a team coaching and educating implementing structure and of course - best practice. There will obviously be occasions when the need to get involved in a complex disciplinary process for example will need your input but the generalist activities will mainly be handled by the existing team.
A great role which will no doubt garner significant interest, please note that candidates without FMCG or food manufacturing will not have the appropriate background for this opportunity and unfortunately cannot be progressed for this role.
This opportunity has been advertised as a day rate role but we appreciate some HR candidates prefer to work on a pro rata basis and that option is very much open for this role.
