Are you looking to join a market leading company in a position that will actively challenge and test your abilities?

My client, a major player in their respective industry are looking for an ambitious and driven Production Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the hands on management of a driven and productive manufacturing team.

As a manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the team through close communication and support, taking advantage of the training that the company can offer internally and externally for all staff. You will have been exposed to changing environments and culture, dealing with the challenges that arise in your stride.

As a pre-requisite, you must have a depth of experience at a Senior Management level within the FMCG industry, actively promoting change management and conscious of implementing improvements where needed.
