Do you have a passion for innovative food products? Would you like to work with mouth-watering, sweet treats?

Have you ever dreamed of working in a Charlie and the Chocolate factory type environment? Well this company is kind of like that…

This food business specialises in tasty, creative desserts that are supplied to all major UK retailers. You will work with cheesecakes, trifles, éclairs and doughnuts, need I say more? How would you like to be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of these products?

You will work for a company that will provide you with first class training and the development opportunities are endless. You will audit, monitor and evaluate quality systems and procedures and provide technical support for the operational teams. You will ensure all product testing is carried out and support NPD trials and product launches.

You must come from a food manufacturing environment within a quality/technical role. Given the nature of the products this is a very fast-paced environment with perishable products with a short shelf life so you must be able to keep up. This is a night shift role 17:30pm-05:30am, so if you are a night owl this would be perfect for you!

If this opportunity is something that excites you and you feel it could be the next step in your career please apply today to find out more!
