Seeking a fresh challenge within a family owned food manufacturing business to help really push yourself in your career? If you do have experience taking on large responsibility in an expanding yet established manufacturing environment then this will be role for you!

This well recognised company is a specialist food manufacturer that has recently undergone some positive changes and carried out a lot of future planning in order to revitalise the business and ensure they are meeting the needs of their customers and staying up to date with buying trends.

With the tough competition in the marketplace, they are constantly aiming to be the best in their field and broaden their product range without losing the ethos of the business and quality of their products. It is certainly an exciting yet often challenging environment so this will be a great chance for a strong yet hands on manager to be part of something amazing!

The Shift Manager will:
*Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction
*Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved
*Undertake performance management responsibility for team members, conducting appraisals and giving direction to aid good performance
*Lead and motivate the team to create a high performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced
*Through the utilisation of lean manufacturing techniques, strive to exceed targets in productivity, efficiency and quality.
*Promote Good Manufacturing Processes to further improve the line
