Customer Service Executive
My client are a large, forward thinking and highly regarded food business headquartered in London. Due to company growth a vacancy has arisen for an outgoing, customer centric individual to join the team as a Customer Service Executive.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, within the food industry.
- Providing excellent retail customer and consumer support with a commitment to improving their experience and ensuring they remain satisfied and loyal following front line contact.
- Managing queries through the business and completing all administrative duties and data entry associated with each query through successful inter departmental team liaison where necessary
- Gaining unique insights into customer needs and reporting on service levels. This role sits within the Retail channel and will be dealing with Merchant Gourmet complaints, with some own label cross over. There may be a small requirement for some ad hoc team admin duties.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a customer service focused role
- Experience in social media community management
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent data entry skills
- Good Microsoft office skills, in particular Excel and Word
- Experience using Facebook, Instagram and Twitter branded/ business pages
