Our client is the market leader in its field and has demonstrated consistent growth over the last 20 years by developing an excellent pipeline of product innovation, by identifying new opportunities and exploiting them, and by offering excellent quality and service to their customers throughout the UK and Europe.
As a result of business reorganization they are now looking for a Head of Commercial to lead their commercial teams and help formulate the commercial strategy to take them forward.

They are looking for someone who has experience of dealing with the major multiples, someone who is hungry, driven and someone who can identify opportunities with both existing and new customers and then develop them. They need someone who can lead from the front and yet have the ability to step back and manage and direct a large and focused commercial team. They want someone who is commercially astute and a pro-active top performer used to exceeding targets and KPI's which can be clearly reflected in their career to date.

They want someone with experience of working in an own label or branded food business, but you must have had exposure to the major multiples with an awareness and exposure to other routes to market. They want a sharp strategic thinker with a mind set for identifying commercial growth and someone with a track record of outstanding leadership and communication skills.
